13’ HDV Ygnacia Pinot Noir. Nose - Raspberry, rose petal Palate-Highly concentrated flavors giving this wine Intense/concentrated aromas of black cherry, raspberry & pomegranate, spice & forest floor, with well-integrated tannins, supported by moderate acidity. A short decanting is still necessary. Very much enjoy their Chardonnays. Like their Pinots just a bit more. Especially with a little time in the bottle. Drink/ hold 5-7 years.

14’ HDV YGNACIA Pinot Noir. Decant for 30 + . Complexity on this wine is amazing. Classic - Blackberries, black cherry. Crushed raspberries throughout the palate. The back of the palate finished with a 💥 vanilla spice, touch of cherry. It lingers around for a good 45+ seconds. Not heavy, yet bold & intense. Quite expressive! Edit - Hour in the decanter & the front of the palate has opened up . Personally I would drink them up in the next 3/4 years.

2013, tart and backwards with loads of acid. This Pinot needs tons of time, got a mag for my daughters birth year so I cant wait to see it in another 16 years!
