Pretty delicious for Napa Cab. Ready to go now but should last a while.

A man’s man type of cab from Jayson Woodbridge. This is opulent, bigger than life, good aerating helps. Hear from the source that the best pairing for it is elk, can’t wait to try it.

Jayson Woodbridge wine maker with some fruit from Hundred Acre. 92% cab with other reds. Such a great value.

Had to try one of these bottles. As I figured, way too early to drink, this wine needs at least a couple more years. Highly structured, with tannins and acidity built to age, nevertheless the fruit is ripe and the wine is enjoyable now. Mostly red fruit with some darker fruit supplementing. Tannic structure is strong but it is still easy drinking now. I look forward to letting this sit and try again in a few years.

I am starting to come around on this wine. This is the third time for me with this wine and I like it better each time. I think it is way too early to drink though. It should come into its own with another 3-5 years of bottle aging.

This is a nice delicate cab. In fact, if I blind tasted this wine I would say it was a Pinot except for the color. The nose was Pinot like, bright and fresh. Loaded with red fruit. Surprisingly good to drink now.

Opened with blueberry, raspberry, and nutmeg/cinnamon/spice. Decanted for 2+ hours and developed more anise. Nice pairing with steak

The 100% Cabernet Sauvignon fermented in new French oak barrels hand-selected by Jayson and spent an additional 24-30 months aging in the new French oak. This is a wine of power with structured tannins and an intense complexity from the first sip— full and ripe red fruits with subtleties of baking spice, cedar, and violets. - ACME Fine Wines
