Le Concis du Champs Chassagne-Montrachet Chardonnay

Nose has crushed rock, lit match, fresh lemon zest, green apple peel/flesh, spring honeysuckle blossom and wet steel.

Palate has warmed lemon wedge, lime zest, under-ripe pineapple, faint salinity, barrel notes rich yet steely finish.

Decanted 3H, more time appreciated.

Very reductive/sulfury at first, burned off after 30-45min. Very nice Stuff. Very young.

Wha wha weeee waaah. Teleportation straight back to burgundy - escargot under the clock tower, lunch on a bike ride of the country. Beast. Doesn’t get much better.
