Treana Central Coast Chardonnay

Treana symbolizes a trinity of natural elements - the sun, the soil, and the ocean - elements that make Paso Robles and the rest of the Central Coast a prime wine area. That said their Chard is mediocre at best. In fact I opened 2 bottles and they were both corked!! Had this at a tasting, aromas of stone fruits and citrus. Straw yellow with fresh flavors of pear, crisp apple and lemon zest, ok balance with ok mouthfeel. Medium+ finish ending with a mineral character. Tasting Sample!

V15. Nice. Butterscotch nose. Honey kissed pineapple fruit. Creamy, spicy, finish with a touch of oak.

Very tropical. Pineapple and cream in the palate. Silly texture. It's over-oaked chardonnay but it has some character and is generally well composed.

This was a crazy fruit forward Chardonnay. Pineapple, apple, and tropical fruit aromas. Not at all your typical California Chardonnay. Almost golden in color. Some fully ripened fruit in this wine.

Full flavored butter Chardonnay

Decanting highly recommended to subdue the flavors of eating melted Halloween candy directly from the walls of an old wooden box found in your grandmother's attic.
