Reminiscent of cheap bottles of thin bodied party wine that tastes like old barnyard dirt. The acidity wears off but doesn't get much better with aeration. — 7 years ago
Best $13 bottle of wine I've had in a while. Smooth, medium bodied with lots of cherry cola and chocolate flavors without seeming cheap. — 7 years ago
Rather boring. Easy to drink but not worth the price. — 7 years ago
Smells like an old man's dirty belt used for so many years that it only slightly resembles leather anymore. I've had way worse wine and this is ok to drink but it tastes like it's made from grapes scraped straight up from the ground then had some water added. Thin body and brown. Maybe don't serve this to guests. — 7 years ago
Lots of woody barnyard flavors going on here. It also smells like a headache. — 7 years ago
Tart fruity/cherry balanced by a silky and light smoky quality that keeps you sipping. Gulping would be a definite easy option if needed, however. — 7 years ago
Decanting highly recommended to subdue the flavors of eating melted Halloween candy directly from the walls of an old wooden box found in your grandmother's attic. — 7 years ago
Very un Cab like. Thin body with off-putting barnyard flavors. More like a hideous example of a Montepulciano. — 7 years ago
A little heavy but it does warn you of that. No off flavors or aromas you would normally expect from a wine this cheap. Great wine for the price; five bucks at Costco. — 7 years ago
Kacy Chrisman
Not your typical Malbec but a really good wine. Super fruity and almost candy like from smooth toasty vanilla notes that blend in. — 7 years ago
