Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Quite elegant with spice box, red currant. Feels less Napa and more Sonoma. Very clean with a lengthy finish.

Nice approachable Cabernet evident of valley fruit with flavors of cassis and blackberries. Drinkable now but has structure and tannins that will only improve though 2020.

Excellent sustainable Napa. I'll open the next one in 2019.

Great balance

Dark fruit and warm earth nose, blackcurrant taste with a surprising pepper finish, sangiovese'ish. Fantastic pairing with MJ's butcher block tenderloin.

Has developed well very good wine. At its peak? Not sure but in a very good place right now

A big and bold Cabernet Sauvignon from a prestigious family owned winery. Sandwiched between two stellar vintages this wine is notable on it's own. Tastes of black cherries, plum and a hint of black tea this full body and balanced wine is a testament to the vintner and one that if you're a Cab fan you will enjoy. Cheers 🍷
