A first experience with a Basque wine. Extraordinarily fresh, zesty, with a lot of green in the nose- green apple, green grass, field flowers. Very mineral on the palette. Amazing acidity for 2015, but would not keep it any longer and preferably drink it the same year as produced. Excellent summer wine. Would die to try it with oysters!
