Savory and nutty on the nose with some wonderful fleshy ripe fruit on the front of the palate. Goes down too easily.

Jun 12th, 2019Pistachio, almond, camomile, lemon, and grapefruit on the nose; and the palate is dry and zingy! Wet granite and brine flavors complement the nose. Super with vegetable and shrimp tempura, this is an amazing food wine.

Nov 10th, 2017Very nice oxidized nose. On the palate, refreshing, sour, pale salinity, and hauntingly reminiscent. So beautiful. Beats all previous Jerez I've had before. Enjoyed at Nightingale, Minneapolis.
