Savory and nutty on the nose with some wonderful fleshy ripe fruit on the front of the palate. Goes down too easily.

Pistachio, almond, camomile, lemon, and grapefruit on the nose; and the palate is dry and zingy! Wet granite and brine flavors complement the nose. Super with vegetable and shrimp tempura, this is an amazing food wine.

Candied ginger, almond skin, olive, sea spray and lemon. Reminds me of mirin. Trippy and delicious. Looking forward to cooking some mussels with this.

Very nice oxidized nose. On the palate, refreshing, sour, pale salinity, and hauntingly reminiscent. So beautiful. Beats all previous Jerez I've had before. Enjoyed at Nightingale, Minneapolis.

"La Guita" is slang for "cash" which is how the producer of this impressive sherry liked to get paid. It was fantastic with the Smoked Cod at La Taberna in Napa. #cashmoney #whoa
