Not sure what I’m missing that the pros see. Expected more from it considering I’m a huge fan of their dry Riesling, so maybe the bottle was off. Tasted more like a supermarket off dry with just a hint of that FLX zippy goodness.

Riesling comes through here unlike some of the dry Rieslings they produce. It is sweet as a late harvest, but not dessert wine-sweet, which is good. But it is not complex enough, there is only a bare hint of minerality or Riesling petrol.
