This was a monster truck Pinot for sure. Not to be paired lightly with food and not to be mistaken for a Burgundy. This has extraction, alcohol, and tons of flavor. Different but fun.

The fruit is way lusher that you’ll get from basically any other Pinot, but somehow still very drinkable. Ripe rasberries and strawberries, spicecake, nougat. Ultra plush and flamboyant.

Way too much black licorice for my palate. It is like absinthe had a small subtle orgy with a scorched black tree squirrel in the middle of a strawberry field. On a side note Medium tannins
