Full bodied but tannins round out with a little time with oxygen. Big and flavorful. Big bright black cherry notes. Tart cherry goes to ripe dark cherry with oxygen. Rassberries and other red berry notes on mouth. Give time to open up or age even longer. Equates to a less complex Boudreaux and should pair in similar fashion
