Rich, toasty and balanced, brioche, pears, yellow apple, toasted almonds

Tart green apple and pear and just the right amount of funk.
Slight richness and nutty quality. Fabulous value.

There's an interesting inkiness on the nose that blends nicely with classic bready notes. Medium length elegant finish.

Rich and bready if lacking a little complexity and precision.

Lemon, not very effervescent but quite tasty. Riding out the storm ❄️❄️

In PA this was a chairman reduction @ $24.99 from $32.99. I had to pull the trigger for this NV Grand Cru Brut Champagne. Subtle yeast on the aromatics but tart apples really make this enjoyable. Bubbles are refined and along with the finish. Great alternative to Cliquot

Perfection in a glass. Golden, tart Apple on the palate. Yeast and lime on the nose. A steal at the PA liquor stores!
