New grape for me, Gamay de Bouze. As it was told to me this is indeed Gamay on steroids, and like its crossed with Cabernet Franc. Wild strawberry, pepper and spice notes, and licorice. Finishes clean and minerally from all of the granitic rock notes. Rocks and fruit here boys and girls!
