On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of raspberry, apple, strawberry, peach, lemon curd, toasted brioche, almond, and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long. Delicious. Drink now through 2042. Disgorged October of 2022.

Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and textural; leezy. I’m smitten. Lovely stuff. Drink now through 2048. Disgorged April 2022.

There is such a compelling mix of primary and secondary characteristics with structure and fruit in perfect balance. A lovely opening glass of bubbles for what was certain to be a memorable night. Drink now through 2032.
