Medium fruit: pear, citrus, apricot and brioche and nicely balanced with acidity. Yellow color and a slight oxy/ nutty flavor that’s attractive. And a creamy mouthfeel, with small bubbles.

A fairly developed color and nice, creamy and smooth on the palate.
Not my favorite style (as I prefer bone-dry) but nonetheless quite enjoyable.

Beautifully balanced, great minerality, has a richness, but I think the acidity handles it.
