Blend of 70% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and rest Meunier, pale lemon color, light creamy mousse, tiny bubbles, with aromas of stone and citrus fruits, underlying toasty notes, dosage is 9g per liter. On the palate flavors of apple and peach with citrus zest, honeysuckle and chalky nuttiness. Lively acidity with good balance, long finish ending with fruit, biscuit and chalky notes.

Medium fruit: pear, citrus, apricot and brioche and nicely balanced with acidity. Yellow color and a slight oxy/ nutty flavor that’s attractive. And a creamy mouthfeel, with small bubbles.

Disgorged 4/2014.
I give this a 91+ as I think it will gain over the next couple of years.

Wow! A wildman. The nose is like a "pastry shop". Palate is rich and dense but on point. More please!

A fairly developed color and nice, creamy and smooth on the palate.
Not my favorite style (as I prefer bone-dry) but nonetheless quite enjoyable.

Beautifully balanced, great minerality, has a richness, but I think the acidity handles it.
