Heitz Cellar
Linda Falls Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
First introduced in 2013, Linda Falls Vineyard is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, from 7 acres on Howell Mountain where grapes were first planted in 2002. Aged for 3 years, 2 years in 100% new French oak and 1 year in neutral American oak. Deep Ruby with aromas of ripe berry fruits with bramble herb spice. On the palate, black cherry and blackberry flavors with currant, tobacco and herb leaf notes, has an underlying subtle sweetness. Full-body, fine juicy soft tannins, nicely integrated, balanced with acidity ending with earth, nutty character. Very Nice! Tasting Sample!
