Full bodied, vivacious acid, electric even. Brine and lemons, crushed rocks. A wine of subtle impact on the nose and palate, all structure and acid. A great reintroduction to this wine and a reminder of its versatility at the table as it accompanied every course of our meal without compromise.

#1- why don't I drink more Greek wine, especially Assyrtiko? Great minerality, apples, pears. Med-high acidity, Med body and a great finish. Stellar wine, incredible QPR ($20)

An easy drinking , light mineraly Greek wine from Santorini. Maybe a little over priced at $20 but would gladly sit at the base of the Acropolis and drink it again.
