Greek wine is a hole in my knowledge of European wines that you can drive a truck through...but this grower has to be their Raveneau. Lemon oil, citrus blossom, toasted pignolis and sea salt. Lovely, classic texture with adequate acidity. Fantastic.

Intensely mineral, floral, pepper, chalky. Vividly terroir expressive, and probably worthy of serious age while being crushable right now!
