Silvaner
Estate Sylvaner-pretty notes of candied fennel, lemon curd, salty celery. Medium bodied. Absolutely enticing

Jun 11th, 2024Such a fresh nose: just chopped herbs, green apple, loads of crushed rock minerality. Very little fruit but a lot of vaguely green plant life and minerals. It’s nice as a before-dinner wine but this would be dynamite with scallops or grilled shrimp. Excellent value.

Jul 1st, 2020Nellie and Sophie are on guard in case a squirrel tries to threaten the wine. Has a pear/ salty flavor. Not a lot in the nose. Getting a little sweet honey- but it’s not a sweet wine. Would Bev good summer change- up. Reminds me a little of some Aussie or Chilean sav Blancs I’ve had.
