Beautiful terrior of dusty earth with a mild smoke on the nose. Loads of black cherry, espresso and chocolate through the palate. Steve Leveque and the Hall team do a great job of marrying the silky tannins with structure and a long finish.

Love love love this wine! Beautiful representation of Diamond Mountain District. Lush, voluptuous dark mountain fruit with silky tannins. A stunning finish with lasting fruit sweetness on the palate to keep you coming back for more.

Aug 10th, 2017Wow! What an unreal wine. Black fruit, coffee, cocoa and cassis hit hard (in a great way) on the palate with a very solid tannin backbone providing lots of structure. The finish is long and deep with tastes of licorice and fruit. This wine is fantastic.

Amazing smoothness for such a young wine. Gentle opening, which led to a full body, and ended in somewhat of a cliff of a finish - although still very smooth. Low tannins for such a young wine. This is a wine to cellar and enjoy a decade or more from now, but will not disappoint those who won't wait.
