Outrageous stanky mineral nose right out of the gates. Gorgeous purity and a liquid mineral component. Jaw dropping. Some lemon peel and also a wild, feral element. Wow. super concentrated and tons of sweet and bitter lemon fruit and tons of juicy but stern minerals. Great acids and a long finish. Still needs to open but the purity, clarity and linearity are outstanding. Some citrus oil on the nose and sweet, concentrated citrus on the palate. So juicy. Brilliant stuff.

Attack is powerful and the finish is so refined. Wonderful purity. Long and detailed. Chewy and concentrated. Very dry. Such finesse. Trucker in a tutu. Wow. Super pure. What a finish. This is genius. This has the finesse and elegance of the top wines of Germany.

Pungent, punchy and floral with carrot, ginger and petroleum. Smokey with a citron zest nose, bracing high wire acid, and so much aching minerality on the palate it’s kind of painful but still so delicious. Watch out.

Wow really high tones crystallized citrus notes. Honey, flowers. So so complex. So different than Steinberg. I love terroir. Notes of white and oolong tea. Sick. 9.7 nose. So effin’ complex. (Effin’ = fucking). Wow. Wow. What a texture. This is preposterously mineral. Just a mineral wash. Texture has all the fruit, mineral, tea, honey and slate notes all integrated perfectly. The way they pack so much flavor onto a silk string versus a thick rope is really compelling. Intense crystalline structure and a wonderful piquant acidity and freshness. So long and well integrated. Bananas. (Not the flavor, what the wine is.) nose gets crazier and crazier with air. Wow the complexity is insane. Just insane. A special wine. Another that might be a 9.7. Really long and gets to every nook and cranny.

No formal notes. Fabulous. Quite aromatic at this stage and intensely mineral. Great texture & complexity.

Nose is mineral and elegant peach flowers. As this opens there is a sense of deep ness.
Palate is clean mineral. A stream of finely pureed rocks seeped peach flowers. Some peach skin. A hint of citrus.
