Refreshing and toasty. Not sure of the blend of this one (I didn’t check and the bottle is gone).

Full bodied and rich, 100% PN, med gold color in the glass. Would be great w/ fried chicken or heavier fare. 2011 vintage fruit

Outrageously good with ripe pear and citrus aromas, flavors of toast and stone. Will seek this out.

100% PN. Based on 2011, Disg. 01/2014, 9.5 g/l dosage. Don't know why I thought this showed so sweet last time. On the nose: sweet apple, honey, apple pie, soft marzipan. On the palate: very good acidity, more sweet apple, marzipan, meyer lemon and good density. Much better showing than the last bottle. Apparently this just needed a few years of bottle age to settle. Lovely now.
