Decent table red I hadn’t seen since pre-Covid. Wine coop in Oregon appears inactive, though they have a new web address with a barebone webpage. This wine has nice red fruit flavors - strawberry, cherry- and tangerine peel and a tasty, seed tannin-forward backbone, well balanced and has aged well. Looking forward to the resurrection of the Guild! Great value wine but we really need some new production.

Feb 2nd, 2023Perfectly fine for the <$16 price point. Rather ho-hum when viewed through any other context. Points, though, for calling it durif on the label.

Dec 12th, 2017Juicy, pretty big but lightly tannic. Had this with grilled leg of lamb but it was good sipping after dinner. Lightly Oaked. Not lightly enough for me- I found the oak annoying, but most people would be ok with it. Still- good wine for $16
