Seafood plateau kinda wine

Incredibly zingy, lovely and fun with nutty aroma, and mushroom, fresh pasta, yellow flowers. So good, really incredible qualities in here!

Texture, acid, complexity, noble. How are these wines not triple price?

Every time. Silky smooth and gulpable.

This wine has never failed me.

Silky and tropical, with great but not overwhelming acidity, and that plasticky nose I love from a Riesling, but in a Fiano!

One of my favorite Fiano producers every vintage and 2017 is no different. Although I don’t think I’ll buy any more of the 2017. This was much much better in 2014 and 2016.

Smoke, blonde tobacco / earthy, peaty / Phenolics

This was real cool. Very savory. Had a slight menthol thing going on. Super interesting.
