Jul 8th, 2017Nice Burgundian finesse. Oak treatment but no malolactic. Allows for that rich, oaky vanilla without that fat texture. Retains natural acidity and crisp texture. More food friendly and even keeled than many balls-to-the-wall-oaky chardonnays.
