Really nice on the nose but a little tight. Let it breathe for a while. That said, this is a great example of what cava can be but rarely is.

Toasty bubbly acid burst on the tongue. Sur lies elements showing. Refreshing but tight on the finish. Too much acid bubble austerity for my palate but others may appreciate this element.
