I drink this Cava to memorize my youngest uncle Frans who passed away last week in Spain. My parents went on holiday to Spain in the seventies; where I got caught with passion for wine. Rest In Peace.

Degorgement in 2017. Crisp palat, fresh, almond and wer stone in the bouquet. Very good ending.

Really nice on the nose but a little tight. Let it breathe for a while. That said, this is a great example of what cava can be but rarely is.
