This bottle has aged way better than I thought it would as this was before Frank started adding small amounts of sulfur to help stabilize his wines. More balanced now. Fruit is still super vibrant while the acidity isn’t as razor sharp as before. Nose is SUPER funky with hints of cabbage on top of the smokiness and red fruit.
