Apr 19th, 2013Dark burgundy in color, smell of cherry, herb, and spice, good acidity with a lingering finish and firm tannin. Very satisfying and smooth. An excellent red to be drinking while having seafood, this paired wonderfully with the tuna roe pasta I had.
