Goutorbe-Bouillot Reflets de Rivière Brut, Champagne. Blend of 60% Meunière, 20%Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from vines near the village of Damery. Very traditional , fruity and complex , yet still has good acidity and freshness. I can imagine it will develop some more with age. Very enjoyable wine.
