Blend of 70% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and rest Meunier, pale lemon color, light creamy mousse, tiny bubbles, with aromas of stone and citrus fruits, underlying toasty notes, dosage is 9g per liter. On the palate flavors of apple and peach with citrus zest, honeysuckle and chalky nuttiness. Lively acidity with good balance, long finish ending with fruit, biscuit and chalky notes. — 2 days ago

Very Champagne like! Pinot Noir Blend from Burgundy! Light golden color, fine bubbles with a light creamy mousse and aromas of fresh fruit with floral scents. On the palate red berry and cherry flavors with nice underlying sweetness. Dryer than most Cremants I tasted. Lingering finish with lively acidity, good balance ending with fruit and slight yeast tang. Excellent value as a Champagne alternative. — 7 months ago

Dry Bourgogne Mousseux Rouge

Bright and deep ruby purple with quickly dissipating magenta mousse. Black cherry and tarry patent leather on the inviting nose and medium full palate. Medium acidity and medium tannins. Finish is lengthy and continues the palate and extends the tannins. Wonderful dry red sparkler suitable for brunch, dinner, or just sipping (though the tannins do call for food of some type). Blanc de Blancs Brut Crémant de Bourgogne Chardonnay

A delicate sparkling wine from the heart of burgundy, specifically Nuits-Saint-Georges, made out of Chardonnay. Plenty notes of citrus and subtle touch of florals, mild notes and brioche taste with a mild-to-long yet clean and elegant taste. Drinkable either alone or use it for a high-end Mimosa as it is dry and low in sugar taste can integrate the orange juice beautifully. — 3 months ago
