Wonderful! They talk about Champagne that “belongs on the dinner table,” and this is one. We paired it with a Korean roast pork (Bo Ssam) and it was magnificent. Bright and powerful, it was the perfect fool for the rich and delicious pork. I’m pretty sure it would be just as tasty if you drank it on its own! — 6 months ago

Very Champagne like! Pinot Noir Blend from Burgundy! Light golden color, fine bubbles with a light creamy mousse and aromas of fresh fruit with floral scents. On the palate red berry and cherry flavors with nice underlying sweetness. Dryer than most Cremants I tasted. Lingering finish with lively acidity, good balance ending with fruit and slight yeast tang. Excellent value as a Champagne alternative. — 4 months ago

Dry Bourgogne Mousseux Rouge

Bright and deep ruby purple with quickly dissipating magenta mousse. Black cherry and tarry patent leather on the inviting nose and medium full palate. Medium acidity and medium tannins. Finish is lengthy and continues the palate and extends the tannins. Wonderful dry red sparkler suitable for brunch, dinner, or just sipping (though the tannins do call for food of some type).
