Don't know much about Pinot noir but this is soft with white & green pepper, slightly spicy and went well with my short rib Sunday gravy. I wouldn't but it again abut it was a nice nightcap, like a soft pillow.

Vanilla, blackberry, and graphite nose. Tangy acidity. Forest floor, blackberry, plum, cinnamon flavors. Beautiful acidity. Finishes with black cherries, red hots, and a woody note that I can't place. Maybe sage?
