Lovely yeasty Nose. A hint of bubble gum. Palate has that caramel thing going on. Some nice fruit.

Give it some time with air and don’t serve it too cold or you’ll miss out on the volume tho champagne can have. I have to say, so far I am a bigger fan of the 2006 vintage vs the 2004.
