Sofie Belgian Style Farmhouse Ale

A touch sweet on the back end with crisp green banana on the front. Well balanced and thick lingering palate.

I feel like I used to like this more. Oak and spice feel a little heavy handed these days. Maybe the difference is drinking it on draft at the source vs. in bottle on the west coast. Maybe it's ABInBev.

Balancing out the coasts with some Chicago style.

Really like this beer. Very well rounded. Could drink a couple.

Excelente cerveza, con notas de naranja y un retrogusto dulce.

The nose is tropical, pineapples and macademia nut funk. Palate fuller bodied with a nice cut. A great food ale, married beautifully with the zatar blend on flatbread and the spices on the basteeya.

Somewhat sweeter malt, yet very light. Absolutely delicious!

Wow! A little tart, dry, sparkling Belgian style ale! Really digging it! Well done Chicago.

Orange peel and honey, almost like an orange wit but with strong Belgian influence.
