Magnum. While watching ‘A Year in Champagne’ very enjoyable, especially since this House was one featured in the movie.

Swung by The Dutch, a sceney Soho spot, to see a dear friend who was branching there. This Champagne has some nice toasty notes, a good degree of acidity and fresh lime elements. Good by itself and, if one were so inclined for brunch, I'm sure it would be good with a dash of orange. I wasn't so inclined, this time.

Really crisp and balanced. I could drink this all day long.
