Crazy Creek Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Well now, this isn't my style. Low acid, fruit bomb. "Power and depth" were comments that induced me to buy this. Surely, but sugar too. Pretty sweet stuff. V. good cocktail wine.

This is James' house wine. I like it - smooth, and definitely got some (tannic) teeth. This vintage is slightly better than the '12. Tastes great the next day as well.

No tannin. Little acid. Easy drink. Simpleton. However, it's well made.

After kudos from my local wine market guy not so sure I would repurchase. Way too fruity as others have noted. Would search out others before considering this particular year.

Surprisingly great wine for the price.

Heavy fruit with a strong currant pucker equals a little too much Cherry Ring Pop. Some "experts" said this is a bottle that drinks like a Cab twice the price. Either I'm a snob or have yet to develop a great wine pallet. It was good but I wanted more. I guess I'm still learning.

Another healthy Cab from Crazy Creek in Sonoma County. Hey, we can all use a little crazy in our lives! 😉

Lush and thick.

2013 Cab blackberry fruit and medium mouth feel. Good daily drinking wine.

Bought it for the label. Not too bad.
