Lovely for the price. Rich on the palate. Red-fruit driven with brioche, nougat, cola, and Whopper's malted milk balls. Delish.

A blend of 67% pinot noir and 33% chardonnay, has aromas of perfectly ripe stone fruits. The palate packs a punch with apple and pear flavors, sitting in a light mousse that is well balanced. The finish shows some wood which gives the wine weight ending with a generous mineral touch. Great value but now is the time to drink the 2006.

67% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay aged 5+ years on the yeast.
If you normally purchase $15 domestic sparklers you should try this and see what an additional $5+ will do for quality.
A bit high in dosage for me to make it into serious territory and a tad under the impressive 2006-vintage but still very recommendable.
