Musky notes with sour cherries and hint of chocolate with a dry and puckery finish. Bought it for braising short ribs and thought I'd taste.

NOSE: sour red fruits - cherry, strawberry … maybe a little raspberry. A little chalk.
TASTE: Much fruiter than expected - almost juicy…jelly candy. It’s fine. Like jug wine but brighter. 😀 85.
