Remarkably clean brew with subtle hints of pineapple. The structure is impressive with a body that holds together yet finishes clean. — 9 years ago
Met the winemaker at a tasting in Palo Alto. Nice guy. His wine has no bouquet. Thin with a pleasantly dry finish. Not a lot of fruit. Reminds me of a dry Sangiovese. — 9 years ago
My first Pisoni. The most remarkable aspects of this wine are its aromas of raspberries and roses. The wine is juicy and complex, centered with strawberries and raspberries and surrounded by tobacco and pepper. In a word, this pinot noir is flamboyant. — 8 years ago
Tremendous sour from Farm House. Full bitter flavor with lemon zest and cherries. Heavy and complex structure with great acid and a lingering sweet and tart finish. — 9 years ago
Good acid, malo finish and citrus — 9 years ago
Plastic nose. Boring soft and flabby body. Produces odd foam post decanting. Stretch to classify any notes other than sugar and bitter roses. Winemaker should be fired or disinherited. — 9 years ago
Straw and clean barn bouquet. Great acid for a French chard. Pear notes and mellon. Sharp finish that lingers with a lovely sweet alche finish. — 9 years ago
Creamy and citrus balancing act with a zing of peel that does not overwhelm. — 9 years ago
Complex brew with toffee and caramel flavors. High alcohol balanced with richness and sweet notes. There is a hint of burnt sugar, otherwise it was a perfect beer. — 9 years ago

Beautiful ruby color, lacking floral notes, hint of raspberries and alcohol, good juice, silky structure and sharp traditionally puckered finish. — 6 years ago
