Etna Rosso Red Blend

With WIFE @ an early dinner. @ joel lobuchon -wine is a bit strong for me 

Called N-M. Metallic, oregano, orange zest, dryyyy.

Very light and refreshing. Almost similar to a very good Beaujolais nouveau.

OK - Etna Rosso which I picked. Pall mall with Lynette

Etna rossa - Giovanni Rosso- 2018
Ruby red - lighter in color. Translucent. Like Pinot noir. Smoky- bbq- cherry. Balsamic. Lots of minerals. Light body. Tannins are present but not very tannic. Not my style. Too light bodied and acerbic.

Disappointing Etna Rosso given its high price. The tannins are perfectly smooth now, but the attack lacks any cherry flavor.

Bottle #1 in a virtual wine tasting. Dry and floral, picking up depth after open for 30 min. Not quite up to the $50 price tag. At Dan's house.

Notes of dark berries and a spice note. Although the taste appears to be off and talks always from what u just smelled
