Bottle shop recommended this, knowing I like clean acidic crisp mineral he waits. Very appealing. Nice bite. Nothing round about it. Can taste the alcohol. 13%.

Medium lemon coloured, clear, medium plus aromas of honeysuckle, ripe yellow apple, ripe pear, lemon, nectarine, pastry, roasted almond, butterscotch. Dry, medium plus acidity, medium plus body, medium plus finish, medium alcohol, medium plus intensity. Very good, can drink now but has potential for ageing. Nice saltiness.
