Earthy nose with raspberries, strawberries, earth, green vegetables and light forest floor.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with cherries, plums, light raspberries, spices, peppercorn, tobacco and chocolates.
Medium finish with round tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a nice Nebbiolo from Piedmont. Elegant and robust. Tangy and interesting.
Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 years.
Good by itself, and better with food.
Nebbiolo grapes were aged for 6 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.

Enough fruit to please the crowd. Enough of the other stuff to please the nerd. This was nice to drink on its own or with food. Unmistakably Nebbiolo but not as nuanced and complete as Barbaresco or Barolo.

Rose petals, faint red fruit. Tannic, a little amorphous. Great with black truffle pizza, but really opened up 2 hours later.

The 2020 shows subtle dried rose petal and autumn leave aromas, tannins are high but the acidities seem less prominent than before. It has more weight than the earlier years and more intensity than many.

高貴な雰囲気はないが、いい意味で値段相応だし、醤油っぽい旨味を感じる色々な料理に合いそうな飲み飽きしないネッビオーロ。

Good Nebbiolo but without the finesse of a Barolo or Barbaresco. Nice light wine and flavorful, but with a few off flavors.
