Oct 15th, 2017Still ruby core medium deep , garnet terracotta rim. After a while more mineral crushed rocks. Meaty notes , quite earthy , sous bois , truffle , old wood . On the palate sweeter fruits , lovely spice , firm tannins , good acidity , great length . Young , needs time, another 5-10 years perhaps .
