Nose - light graphite, cedar and rose petals. Main Notes - unripe plum, unsweetened Kool-Aid, strawberry hard candy. Body - looks like a heavy Pinot noir with some acid and tannins but well balanced with the other main flavors. Nice wine with pizza.

Slightly funked bottle (NYC-MIA). Still refreshing when flash-chilled and retains a little skeletal inner structure from being vinified still and off-dry
