A pricey mediocre Rosé that music icon Bon Jovi had collaborated with French producer Gerard Bertrand. A blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvèdre. Opens with fresh fruit aromas bringing in light red berry fruit flavors, high acidity on medium finish ending with a jolt of mineality. I think Bon Jovi should stick to making his great music!! Tasting Sample.

Sep 2nd, 2023Sure I wanted to think less of this wine from Jon Bon Jovi, but on several tastings I have to say it’s razor sharp and clean, nothing “wrong” with it. Just nothing particular in its character. Was fun to drink it during the virtual tasting with wine.com and the winemaker, jon, and his son.
