Yeah..yeah..I know what you're thinking but to me Beaujolais Nouveau has actually come a long way over the last decade and this one miraculously escaped the corkscrew in 2014.
12% alc, light-bodied, with some RS and red fruit notes of strawberries, raspberries, pomegranate this actually did a good job paired with sushi.
Now - Cru Beaujolais, that's a completely different and more serious story as we all know.

Finally got to taste before it turns to vinegar - pretty good with India's carnitas. Plus I guzzled the whole bottle with Ø repercussion. That to me spells success.
