Too tart for my taste, even after a few days.

Oh Beaujolais, you're so good this time of year. 2014 vintage was a little green and more savory with Earth. The game was present, but lacked the juicy fruit to balance the wine.

Umami party and red fruit. Truly a happy, peasant wine.

Crushed cherry, raspberry coulis, candied flower, incense, smokey rock, palate explodes with flavor and acidity, definitely richer style Morgon and I love every sip.

Bouncy red fruit (cherry, raspberry), wet earth, roasted beets, ashtray. Direct, grippy, and fresh with just the right amount if damp earth funk

With some air the basic varietal qualities evolve, showing more depth and finesse. Fresh and firm red fruit with subtle damp earth/mushroom notes, with salubrious acidity and tannins. Paired with garam masala rubbed rack of lamb and pickapeppa sauce.
