Displaying youth with a expressive nose of white flowers (elderflower, almond) and honey. Delicious and crispy mouth, fine acid and length.

Seemed dilute at first but put on some structural heft and cut with air

Oily viscous metallic fruit, absent acid.. maybe a touch of acid after an hour.

Damn Delicious.

Nicely aged Kabinett. White flower, honey. Sweetness has evaporated away, lots of acid and waxy feel. Perfect with spicy bo ssam for Super Bowl.
