Unfortunately probably better a couple years ago, similar to the chambo we had from here a couple weeks back. Still quite refined and seamless, with great acid backbone and a decent finish. But just not all there in terms of fruit and earth and just doesn’t completely come together.

Showing some bricking on edges & WAY reductive & weird initially w/dark soy & hoisin, mushroom on muted nose, bit of dank basement which had me concerned. 2 hrs later Halls Cherry Cough Drop cut thru the haze along with root beer/sassafras/black tea aromas. Dynamite on palate - smooth & luxurious but sluggish acidity. This is probably on the downward curve.
