Sep 8th, 2022Bright & expressive with fresh, crunchy red fruit, a hint of herbs (lavender, rosemary) and a chalky undertone. Sappy & joyful.
On the palate this is juicy, bright, with great balance between the crunchy, sweet fruit and the herby, savoury character. Light yet firm tannins, great uplifting finish.
Nothing overly complex or profound yet works so well with a piece of good cheese.
