This is the "Cuvée J.C." Meant to mimic Jeffersonian-era wines. Light in body with a deep rose color. Notes of raspberry and ripe cherry. With a little time there are characteristic notes of tar and rose petal. A nice tannic bite. Halfway between a rose and a red but Nebbiolo all the way.

Looking forward to opening my last bottle of this special bottling with #drinksatantonios later this morning California time. A different style Nebbiolo, a touch frizzante if I remember correctly... more “breakfast wine” style ;-)
